Better Than The Rest .. I called late in the morning and asked if I could get an oil change (due to my light coming on) and was advised to bring it in immediately. Terrible service I made an appointment and came early. I informed the front desk I was only there for an oil change and nothing else. I asked how long it would be and I made an appointment and came early. I informed the front desk I was only there for an oil change and nothing else. I asked how long it would be and she told me within 1 hour. I live a few minutes away and said to please call me as soon as it is done since I was called into work for the afternoon. I said ok, I have to be at work by 2pm (takes me 45 minutes to get to work). I dropped my car off before 11:30 and I had to call at 12:50 because no one called me about my car being ready. I said how frustrated I was that I had made an appointment and that it still took over 1 hour for an oil change. The receptionist did not know what to tell me over the phone and when I went back to Nissan service center, the manager did not even come up to me to apologize for the inconvenience. This service center is very slow, they do not honor appointments and have no customer service skills! I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service here. It is sad because I only live 5 minutes from this service center and I would rather drive 40 minutes to the Ramsey Nissan then have to deal with these incompetent people again. More
