It was great seeing Joe and finding an amazing car for my wife! This process was extremely easy, of course there's always little lags in between sessions that I wish were a little bit more sped up, but at th wife! Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Dealer prep could use some work, though. The salesman Scott Golberg and Manager Sung Kim was excellent, we managed to work out a deal in about a hour, after that it went downhill, waited about 3 1/2 hours plus for the Finance guy, I don’t thi excellent, we managed to work out a deal in about a hour, after that it went downhill, waited about 3 1/2 hours plus for the Finance guy, I don’t think he even mentioned his name, I finally decided that I was going to leave and the manager went to him, then finally called us back, I was still upset that night, I even thought about just canceling everything, they almost lost a sale because of this, and honestly, I’m still a little xxxxxx More
