Two service tasks, oil change and fix tire. After five hour wait the oil change was completed, but the tire wasn't fixed. Resulted in getting stuck with a flat tire after it was stated that they plugged hour wait the oil change was completed, but the tire wasn't fixed. Resulted in getting stuck with a flat tire after it was stated that they plugged it. I have never had an oil change take five hours. I have owned several Mazdas, this will stop me from buying another. More

Just took my 2020 Mazda 6 (12/16/2021) for service they were supposed to rotate my tires and they did NOT, then you wonder what else they did NOT do. Back on December 2019 when I got the car I was told they would get me free maintenance plan, guess what I ended up paying for that, well stupid me for sure I like Mazda but for sure I will pick different dealership next time More

Bait and switch. Was going in to buy a car today at 11:00AM on a price we settled on earlier. Called at 10:45AM to check availabilitily and the salesman said he had it out for me. He called me two minutes later to say it was under contract but we have similar vehicles but only AWD. This salesman got me there under false pretenses once before but never again.
