Eide Ford Lincoln

I live in Georgia and I purchased as 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak on 9/5/2025. Now I originally gave Eide Ford 5 stars because my salesman and the sales manager were very forth coming. I wired $44,000 cash Wildtrak on 9/5/2025. Now I originally gave Eide Ford 5 stars because my salesman and the sales manager were very forth coming. I wired $44,000 cash to complete the purchase. My problem with Eide is the business office. Instead of sending the tittle and important papers Certified Mail (USPS) or Fed Ex, they were sent by regular mail and lost. When I contacted the dealership, I was originally told “You have to take the slip And go into the Post Office” like I was stupid. There was No slip because it wasn’t certified. Then I was told to contact the N. Dakota DMV and request a Cooy of the tittle, which I did. I was sent a letter back from the DMV saying they have No Record of the Vehicle VIN. I re-contacted Eide Ford and they then told me “We have to contact Ford to get a copy of the tittle. I’m still without a tittle on 3/5/2026 after sending $44,000 dollars cash on 9/5/2025, because Eide Ford couldn’t pay $5.00 to send my important paperwork by Certified Mail that required a Signature. This is thoroughly disappointing and embarrassing to still have a paper tag 6 months later, making it look as though we cannot afford to register our vehicle. More
