Today I went in for my first oil change on my Jeep. The service department was as friendly as ever and my sales rep was still willing to chat with me and make sure my vehicle was performing well and meetin service department was as friendly as ever and my sales rep was still willing to chat with me and make sure my vehicle was performing well and meeting my needs. The service guys were awesome. They were easy to talk to and my oil change was done in a timely manner. They let me know about an oil change package available and made the whole experience nice and easy! I love this dealership and the folks that work there. Randy and Gary are awesome! More
I contacted Randy at 5:45pm on Wednesday the 9th and he was able to schedule my vehicle in the very next day at 9:00am. When I arrived I was greeted right away. I had asked to have my vehicle back by 3:oopm the same day, I received a phone call from Randy by 11:30am letting me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, I was once again greeted as soon as I walked into the Service Department. Randy presented me with my paperwork and went over the work that was performed on my vehicle. Randy is a "perfect" example of who and what a Service Advisor should be, he is one of Baxter's true assets. Thank you for making a very stressful situation, hassle free. More

I took my Dodge Dakota in for waranty work. Randy did an excellent job at making an appointment that was convenient for me. Also kept me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When my truck was done they washed it and did not leave any thing dirty, i.e. door panels, inside trim. The reason i brought my truck in was the auto down window stuck 3/4 of the way down. Also the bed was not aligned with the cab. I was amazed they could fix this problem because i thought this was something i would have to live with because when I bought a 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad cab it was the same way. I am very pleased with the service i recieved from this dealership, especially Randy Hamling. More

We took our Chrysler Pacifica to this dealership to have a new waterpump put in. Somehow, unbelievably, the guys doing the work cracked our oil pan. It took 7 weeks to get an oil pan, so we were without a a new waterpump put in. Somehow, unbelievably, the guys doing the work cracked our oil pan. It took 7 weeks to get an oil pan, so we were without a vehicle for 7 weeks! It wasn't Randy's fault that there weren't any oil pans available, but we did feel as though the dealership should have provided us with a free rental car or loaner, as it was clearly their fault that we were without a vehicle. They refused. In the end, they put in a used oil pan, pulled out a couple of dents at our request, (but refused to repair all of the dents - there were 2 more small dents left), washed the car, filled up the tank, and they covered the cost of our warranty transfer of $250 (which covered the cost to replace the water pump). Randy was polite enough and nice enough, but we had to ask for everything we received. When I would call to speak to Randy's boss, I was told several times to call back and try again another time. I never did get to speak to him. If the service had been top notch, I would have expected that someone would take my name and number and have the Service Manager, Todd Webster, return my call. I would also expect that they would be apologizing profusely, that they would have done more to compensate us for being without our car for 7 weeks, and/or they would have provided us with a loaner vehicle/rental.
