The overall experience was great. Randy was great at keeping me informed while my truck was being worked on. My truck had two bad tires that were damaged from potholes. He was able to locate tires for keeping me informed while my truck was being worked on. My truck had two bad tires that were damaged from potholes. He was able to locate tires for my truck and get it repaired the next day as I did not have to work. He was also very informative about future work that might need to be done. They also repaired weather stripping that had come off at no charge. More
I came in for oil chg and ck hoses on my 2007 jeep liberty but found out the tires were low, transfer case and transmission leaked, the oil filter was extrememly dirty and needed changed. Yes, I was t liberty but found out the tires were low, transfer case and transmission leaked, the oil filter was extrememly dirty and needed changed. Yes, I was there for 5 hrs getting everything done but it was my choice they offered a ride often, but I sat and drank hot choco and watched tv and visited with other customers. The time went fast. The price was very reasonable and will always go there for all service and the help from Gary in new cars and Randy in service..Nothing was done unless they told me and explained it! Thanks to people that know how to treat customers with a smile! More

I have been taking my Jeep in for service the last year or so. I had theframe of mind that for regular service, it was cheaper to go to the "oil change-service shops" as they were cheaper and wouldn't try or so. I had theframe of mind that for regular service, it was cheaper to go to the "oil change-service shops" as they were cheaper and wouldn't try to "add-on" a lot of stuff. Big mistake! They were the ones trying to add on stuff. The dealer service department has been honest, friendly and I could not have asked for more. They great you by name, share a light story or two and make you feel comfortable. I'm sorry I didn't go sooner. All the guys are great, however, I have mostly dealt with Randy Hamling, who makes you feel great about 'coming home'. Richard Funk More
Randy Hamling is among the best of the best in terms of careful attention to service details and building lasting customer relationships based on trust, credibility and genuine interest. He and Jason (ano careful attention to service details and building lasting customer relationships based on trust, credibility and genuine interest. He and Jason (another Service Manager) greet me each trip into their department, by name which sets the bar very high. A business' greatest asset is the people that make a difference, and both Randy and Jason have long set the bar very high for Baxter's benefit. John Krug (402)491-3899 More

He is in the service department and always goes above and beyond when I need service on my vehicles. His attention to detail and customer comfort is unsurpased. The other guys are nice but Randy is just so much more considerate taking care of the customer. He is the main reason that we continue to buy Chryler products. Sincerely, Warren and Ruth Behrens More

Took my business van in for service quote, came back with a number of issues. Worked with Randy who was patient and friendly while I figured out options within my budget. He gave me the must have's, sugges a number of issues. Worked with Randy who was patient and friendly while I figured out options within my budget. He gave me the must have's, suggested recommendations, and was prompt to follow up. He had to fax me several different occassions, get info to several different managers, and arranged for me to pay in advance, so I could do an after hours pick up. Randy takes pride in what he does. The courtesy shuttle van was excellent, flexible, and even picked me up outside the normal business hours (thanks Don) so that I could fit it around my schedule. Ray at Baxter (sales) was down to earth, family oriented, and is always looking for the best fit for the customer, whether or not he gets the sale. He has an old-fashioned, approach to long-term customer relationships that is lack elsewhere. I appreciate his style and see his approach carrying him far. Upon pick up (van was washed), the sales and finance guys were great people and never pressured me to buy. While my office is 1.5 miles from their sister & competing dealership, Baxter's service makes driving across town worth the trip. I will definitely be back and recommend my customers to come here as well. They also have a showroom of very impressive Vipers for one to look at while waiting for your vehicle. I gave the overall experience and quality a 4 instead of a 5 only because I would have expected to have had my truck washed after they serviced it but they didn't. When I asked the gentleman that delivered a 5 only because I would have expected to have had my truck washed after they serviced it but they didn't. When I asked the gentleman that delivered my truck to me why I didn't rank a wash, he told me they don't have a wash bay big enough for the Dodge Ram which really flabbergasted me since they "sell and service" the Dodge Ram on their lot as well larger SUV's so you might think they would have a wash bay big enough to accommodate ALL the cars, SUV's and trucks they sell on their lot. For that reason I had to give them 4 of 5. Sorry guys. Other than that I had a very good overall experience and would recommend Baxter for service. More
I had a low tire pressure problem with my 2009 Ram truck that started on the test drive. I continued to have problems with this over a 2 month period that only got worse. The dealership did everything poss that started on the test drive. I continued to have problems with this over a 2 month period that only got worse. The dealership did everything possible to solve the problem which included the complete replacement of the tire. Randy Hamling in the service department explained the problem with the tire and explained that a replacement was the only recourse to fix the problem. As the truck only had 2700 miles on it I felt that the dealership should cover the cost. After contacting my salesman, Rodney Bloodworth, we discussed the history of this trucks problem on the test drive. He in turn contacted the sales manager, Steve Oliver and the three of them confered and agreed that this problem was as I told them and they picked up the tab for the tire. If you've bought a number of cars over the years, you will remember that this is not the way dealers used to operate. They took a very stressfull situation and looked at the facts and made the right by the custome decision. This was a very special memory for this aging baby boomer. Paul Krupa More
