I just 'showed up' at the dealer service desk with pretty severe transmission issue about 11AM, and had to be back at work the next day. They made my vehicle a priority! They were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle and handle the warranty paper as well. I was back on the road by 17:33 that same day. Awesome Customer service , More

I purchased one of the last Chrysler Crossfires to be brought into the United States. It has only 4000 miles and is as the day I purchased it. I thought I did not have time to take it to the dealer (Baxter) to change the oil and took it to a quick change oil place. Since it is a Mercedes engine and I am manic about taking care of the car, the quick lube place spilled washer fluid all over and I thought that the washer fluid tank had ruptured. So on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM I took it into Baxter in a panic. I luckily got Dan Muller as my service writer. He was able to look at the washer fluid tank and tell me that it has an overflow valve that prevents overfilling. He also showed me that Baxter had an express lube that would change oil within one half hour. You can rest assured that any oil changes and other service will be done by Baxter from now on in. Dan Mullers of the world are few and far between. I can think of several pharmaceutical companies that only wish that they had employees like Dan Muller. Unfortunately, most companies in the United States do not have people like Dan. 75% of employees in U.S. businesses are incompetent or under qualified. This has never been the case at Baxter and that is why my next car will be a Chrysler 300, a Dodge Charger or Challenger. Thanks for reaffirming my confidence, William Lake More
I had a great experience with the service department at Baxter when I brought my Dodge Journey in recently. Dan, my service advisor was so friendly, courteous and returned my phone calls and answered all Baxter when I brought my Dodge Journey in recently. Dan, my service advisor was so friendly, courteous and returned my phone calls and answered all my questions with great knowledge and information. I truly enjoyed my experience and it was very helpful to have the courtesy drivers who were also great because I was able to still get some work in for the day despite not having my work vehicle! THANK YOU DAN! I will be back! More
Car repairs are generally a painful experience. They are costly and inconvenient. I was quoted a specific amount for a specific transmission repair. When the amount charged was higher, Randy Hamelin m costly and inconvenient. I was quoted a specific amount for a specific transmission repair. When the amount charged was higher, Randy Hamelin made it right. He was friendly, fun to work with and easy to like even when the repair bill kept mounting. I do not generally like getting repairs at dealers because the cost is higher, but Randy changed my tune. Because of his great service, I have a higher trust for Baxter and am likely to become a long term customer. More
When I bought my vehicle from Baxter, the upfront service was great. They treated me like a queen and I got a great deal on my vehicle. I bought an oil change package and was also told I get my vehicle was was great. They treated me like a queen and I got a great deal on my vehicle. I bought an oil change package and was also told I get my vehicle washed when I bring it for the oil change. Now that I have brought it in for oil changes several times, I have been furious 5 out of 7 times. The wait is too long after the long wait to check in my vehicle and if my vehicle is actually washed, it is a half job. (A few times I was told the car wash was broken and once even advised they don't have to wash it anyway.) One time they didn't get something tightened and oil was leaking, so I took time off work to take it to the GMC dealer figureing I would have to spend a bunch of money to get an oil leak fixed, but found out it was the Baxter tech who overlooked tightening it! The only reason I keep taking it back is because if I want the non-refunable oil changes I pre-paid for, I am forced to take it there the remaining three years. (I bought a 5 year package) I totally dread it everytime I have to get an oil change. My husband also got an oil change package and has a Dodge truck, but they would never wash it because they say it doesn't fit in their car wash. Hmmmmm, they are a Dodge dealer that sells big Dodge trucks and those trucks are clean. He did get something fixed on his truck at Baxter once and was satisfied, so that was good. The last time I went in for my oil change, everything went great like I have been wanting it to be the last two years. I didn't have a long wait to check in first of all. When I got to the counter and spoke with Roby, who is a very pleasant person as are most of the service agents, I asked him if the car wash was working and he said "yes." I then asked him if my oil change will take less than an hour and he said "yes." (He has dealt with me in the past, so he probably remembers how flustered I get when I come here.) He told me everything I wanted to hear, but would it become reality this time? Yes! My oil change was done in a little more than a half an hour and my vehicle was washed satisfactory. What a victory for Baxter! I was so happy, I had to also tell about what a great experience I had rather than only complain about the bad. I could tell that Roby totally tried to make everything go smooth and it was a success! Thanks, Roby. Hopefully my next oil change goes as well as this one. Update: Turns out either they didn't tighten everything or they just failed to wipe up the oil. More oil in the driveway and it is NOT a problem with my vehicle, it is poor attention to detail. Also got my car clear coated and wasn't happy, but told my vehicle is a used vehicle (2007 bought two years ago)so there isn't anything eles she was going to do. There were globs and marks on the vehicle that weren't there previously, but they aren't doing anything about it. Went to the body shop over a week ago and have not been contacted further. No follow up. I really dislike Baxter, but every once in awhile there is a nice employee. They are very snooty for the most part and if there is a problem, they don't want to deal with it. More
Randy is very knowledable and easy to work with. I deal with the team at Baxter's on a daily basis and the professionalism from Randy and every one else is hard to find from other dealers. Randy understood with the team at Baxter's on a daily basis and the professionalism from Randy and every one else is hard to find from other dealers. Randy understood my needs and wants, and made it happen, and got my service work on my vehicle done in the time stated. With regards to a small tear in the wireloom heat cover on the firewall, every thing was put back in the correct place and everything that was asked of the team was done. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to meet the needs of their clients. Thanks Dave Sekera More
Randy was great. My vehicle was just barely out of warranty, but the electrical problem I was having was technically a due to an error in labeling that Chryster made when building the vechicle. Even warranty, but the electrical problem I was having was technically a due to an error in labeling that Chryster made when building the vechicle. Even though he didnt have to he took care of it for me. Everyone was great there. Shawn Arkfeld runs some of the best dealerships in the country! More

I expected great things from Baxter (Chrysler Dealer)and for the most part received it. For a new car/truck dealer they did and exceptional job in the routine things but fell a little short in the cuatomer service area. The routine customer service is very good, but I expected a little more like maybe the extras as follows: #1. How about detailing the vehicle after service. To me a clean car is im[portant and a car wash and vacume would be a great way of taking care of my customers and keep thwem returning for the top quality service. The cost would be worth the customer following. #2. How about displaying the service department on CCTV's for the customers. More
