Randy Hamling is such and AWESOME service advisor. I had work done and was 60 miles over my extended warranty. He worked really hard with the warranty people and was able to get them to honor my extended work done and was 60 miles over my extended warranty. He worked really hard with the warranty people and was able to get them to honor my extended warranty for work I needed. He didn't have to work so hard on my behalf (customer) but he did. When he was told my warranty had expired he could have left it at that but he went over and beyond the call of duty so to speak, way past the extra mile. You can tell he loves what he does and treats his job as if it's his own business not just as an employee and he cares about the customers. That's why I keep coming to Baxter! such AWESOME service advisors. Well, Baxter, your service advisers deserves a Christmas Bonus, really! Excellent customer service is what brings back customers. Randy H has always been responsive to our needs. Took it in today for a oil, lube, filter. Had me in and out in 40 minutes. They did a seasonal inspection for free. Always friendly. Randy Hamling is the main reason I have my Chrysler Town & Country Van serviced at Baxter's. Having someone you can trust is very important to me, especially when servicing your vehicle. Yesterday, they did an oil change, replaced an oil pan gasket that was leaking, and the detail dept. ( Anthony Agosta ) did my annual paint sealant reapplication, as well as the interior scotch guard protector. I have a 2004 model, and it looks like new again after the detail job! Randy does a great job taking care of servicing my vehicle and making sure that the work requested was completed. I went in for an oil change and told Randy I had a slow leak in the front passenger s vehicle and making sure that the work requested was completed. I went in for an oil change and told Randy I had a slow leak in the front passenger side tire. My buzzer went off telling me everything was complete. Randy talked with me and I asked what they found out about the tire and he said he would go and find out what it was. He came back and said the said it was ok, but he asked them to recheck it and the found a small puncture hole that needed to be fixed. It took another 15 minutes, but it was fixed correctly and I thank Randy for that. Look up Randy Hamling !!! More

Randy went above and beyond to help me out in a crisis regarding a blow out in one of my tires. Ultimately I needed 4 new ones (which I knew was coming sooner or later). I had had my car towed to anothe regarding a blow out in one of my tires. Ultimately I needed 4 new ones (which I knew was coming sooner or later). I had had my car towed to another service center who gave me an extremely high price. I have been a long time customer at Baxter but had hear the other service center had a special on tires and thought I'd get a better deal. Long story short I did not and Randy helped me arrange to get the car back to Baxter, a rental, and eased my anxiety with a much more reasonable price for the tires. It was a great experience in a large part due to Randy's customer service. In general a lesson learned for myself, stick with who you know. More
I have had fleet vehicles for the last 7 years. And since I picked a Chrysler 6 years ago, I have stuck with the brand, simply based upon the service department at Baxter. It is unmatched in professionalism, sense of urgency, quality of repair and customer service. About 3 years ago I had to choose a Mercury as my vehicle. Not a bad vehicle, but the service department was NOTHING like baxter's. I couldn't wait to choose my next car. 1 year later my choices were a subaru or a chrysler, this time I choose based upon the service department at Baxter...I went with the Chrysler, my next choice again will be based upon what Baxter can service. Randy provided excellent service on my Jeep. He kept me informed of what was going on in the repair process and called me as soon as a diagnosis was found. I had another concern about why my Ipod would no informed of what was going on in the repair process and called me as soon as a diagnosis was found. I had another concern about why my Ipod would not connect to my radio. Randy met me at my vehicle to show him the problem. He immediately knew what was wrong and had a technician update my system to allow it to connect. He came to the waiting room to advise the time it takes for the computer to update. This saved a return trip to the dealership to have this update performed. More

I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler several summers ago and it came with a hard top. This summer I bought an after market soft top. I installed it myself and about a month after installation the zipper line on th came with a hard top. This summer I bought an after market soft top. I installed it myself and about a month after installation the zipper line on the right side panel came off line. I took it into Baxter and worked with Randy. I was pretty nervous about the outcome of the service because I knew a factory soft top is around $1500, which would be a big purchase if my after market top was permanently broken. After Baxter looked at it, Randy recommended me to visit Deluxe Auto on 85th and F in Omaha. Deluxe Auto was able to add a zipper line and fix my soft top for $50. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome of my situation. My original soft top is fitting my Wrangler better than ever and I did not have to purchase a new one. I really appreciated Randy's patience and guidance to help me solve my problem at the smallest cost possible. After this experience, I certainly will not go anywhere else for service other than Baxter. Thanks Randy More
