Justin did well. That bg warranty program is unethical though. Immediate attention required on 2 different systems when the thing has only 30000 miles on it? NO safety precautions. No masks or distancing. Service techs didn’t cover my seats and even changed the radio station and seat positions.. My keys weren’t cleaned upon return. Expected more for a first service on a $50k car. Had to wait around for service to begin. They didn't bother washing it, or wiping it down at all. We bought the Palisade Limited thinking that it would be a good alternative to luxury brands that we would have chosen. Misleading. We’ve had our car looked at three times now for the same issue, and we’re told different issues each time. We had to take the car to a well-known and respected mechanic, who videoed how low our for the same issue, and we’re told different issues each time. We had to take the car to a well-known and respected mechanic, who videoed how low our PSI is. Another mechanic also showed low PSI, yet Hyundai service showed normal but couldn’t tell us the actual numbers. We ended spending a lot of money to get an accurate answer outside of Hyundai. We feel they know there’s an issue with the engine but don’t want to cover it even though the car is under warranty. We have two Hyundais and will not purchase again due to the service department issues. Don’t have a warranty if you refuse to perform proper testing. We replaced all ignition coils and spark plugs, and still had issues with the car shaking at idle. We had to ask for a compression test several times. They kept our car for five business days and did nothing. They then charged us $90 for looking at the car. We feel duped. Never again. More
