Just purchased vehicle 1 month ago. Had to repair the sunroof. Then after I picked up my car I received a email of a list of things I supposedly declined at time of service. I was never told anything abo sunroof. Then after I picked up my car I received a email of a list of things I supposedly declined at time of service. I was never told anything about them. Because if I was I would have took care of them at that time since I live 45 minutes away! Not to mention the services total up to $460!!! For a vehicle I just bought! More

I absolutely loved it. Justin was very helpful. Nobody tried to sell me something I didn't need. Compared to Norman Hyundai for example, they said I needed a new battery which I didn't and almost a year tried to sell me something I didn't need. Compared to Norman Hyundai for example, they said I needed a new battery which I didn't and almost a year later, it's still testing good. The whole service team was friendly and looked professional. The young lady that scheduled my appointment was absolutely pleasant. Other than that, my vehicle is fixed. Maybe, it was a long day for the service team and they were tired. I’m not sure who I worked with because no one introduced themselves. Someone came to me in the waiting room and told me what I needed, the price and asked if I wanted the replacement, got my answer and left. They were not rude, just not welcoming. I chose to have my vehicle serviced here because its a hybrid. I believe they’d know more about my vehicle. One thing for sure, the services are very pricey. More
