Mat did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on everything while waiting for my new 2012 Rav4 to be shipped to me. I was very pleased with everything and LOVE my new car. Mark Smith was wonderful to work with. No high-pressure and he was easy to work with. The reason I only rated customer service and my overall experience at a 4 is because when it came to financing, the ge and he was easy to work with. I didn't appreciate his attitude at all. However, I would recommend Mark Smith and Eddy's Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. A dear friend of mine and her son both just purchased new cars from Eddy's and they are thrilled with thier purchases too. I love my vehicle and with the exception of the finance guy, I had a great experience with the dealership.
