We had a very good experience. Very friendly. Let us bring the vehicle the afternoon before and had it ready the same day. We couldn’t get it until the next day and they accommodat Very friendly. I feel like the service I received was by far the worst service I have ever had to endure with any customer service I have ever Re dived in my life time. I’ve been dealing with this company since June and paying a car note for a car that was just sitting because of the neglect and disregard for my opinion on what the company did to my car without my permission. I had to get a case worker and pay coworkers to provide me a ride to work for three months because of this negligence and lack of respect and not wanting to admit that the Lu as certified mechanics made a mistake. Horrible and I’m very sickened and sadden by the unprofessionalism of their certified mechanic as the head mechanic informed me. Never worry about my service again from that dealer!!! More

I'm so glad I brought my 2022 Tucson Hybrid over to Northpark Hyundai, they really went above and beyond to help me out with a difficult situation. Blake was wonderful to work with, especially with how Northpark Hyundai, they really went above and beyond to help me out with a difficult situation. Blake was wonderful to work with, especially with how he heard my concerns and coordinated with his technician on a very tricky diagnosis/repair. Truly grateful as well for the loaner they provided for an entire *month* - and my car runs as good as the day I first bought it! If you need help with your Hyundai, you can trust the team at Northpark Hyundai (and it's worth the drive if you live on the Southshore). Thank you!! 😄 More
