Horrible, 2 1/2 months to fix the car after they told us a week prior that nothing was wrong with the car. Zero help finding a rental at a reduced rate, which all dealerships do. Every time I call to talk t a week prior that nothing was wrong with the car. Zero help finding a rental at a reduced rate, which all dealerships do. Every time I call to talk to the service manager or my service rep, they are always busy and very rarely received a call back with calling the dealership multiple times. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership and if this is the only dealership around that can work on a genesis vehicle, do not buy a genesis. I never write reviews, but when I saw this survey request, I couldn’t wait to tell my story. Also, after telling me nothing was wrong with my car, I drove 120 miles to my home and that’s where the problem happened again, 4 days later, so I had to have it towed to eddie tourelle’s dealership and again, zero help with the tow. All in all, with a Hyundai/ genesis extended warranty, this repair cost me over $2700.00 out of pocket. Oh, and while I’m paying for a rental, it took the service team over 2 weeks to finally tell me what was wrong with the car. More

Service advisor was great! He was polite, accommodating and informative. Mr. Preston took time out to show me the bells and whistles of my vehicle although I’ve had it for mo He was polite, accommodating and informative. Although the dealership is more than 30 miles from my home and I bypass 2 dealerships to use this facility I would continue to do so and will encourage others to use this facilities based on the treatment and service I received.
