We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Please understand that our dealership went above and beyond by arranging and transporting your vehicle to our Jamestown Hyundai facility for warranty work, which per our Sales and Service Agreement has to be done at the dealer by Hyundai Certified technicians. I hate to pass the blame as we are all culpable for the communication error, but it was indeed Shults Sales and Leasing's responsibility to pick up the vehicle and return it to you.I am glad your vehicle was repaired correctly and you are satisfied with the people involved in the process. Is there any way we could restore your faith in the Auto Group as a whole with the hopes of you updating your review to a more positive one? You can't expect that every customer is familiar with your policies with respect to warranty work or transportation between your service centers in Olean and Jamestown. I would expect that Hyundai would want those representing their brand to work harmoniously in meeting the customers needs. I believe the Olean service centers name has the name " Shults" in it does it not? They are an extension of you not an independent service center. My review does not discount me from ever doing business with either Shults in Olean, Jamestown, or Bradford.

I am glad this experience has not soured your view of either of the stores involved! We are simply looking for a more positive review of the service you received if you are indeed satisfied after my explanation. Unfortunately, although you are covered under a manufacturer warranty, most dealers would have turned you back to the closest franchised store for the repairs, at your time and expense. I for one am happy to see that this was not the case in this situation. This just in!.....My informs me that she was told at Shults in Olean that someone from Jamestown Shults would call us about the Santa Fe. I was not aware of this when I originally prepared. I'm not "splitting hairs" , but apparently not everyone with the Shults system is on the same page.
