I really appreciated being able to get my car in for an oil change right away as I had let it go too long. They were ready for me, the service girl was very friendly and passed my concerns on. Although the dealership was clean and pleasant, after my truck arrived the sales person called. I assumed that the truck would be ready for delivery that day, I was wrong! I completed all the necessary pape truck arrived the sales person called. I assumed that the truck would be ready for delivery that day, I was wrong! I completed all the necessary paperwork on the first day. (they even cashed my check) I required a Gooseneck Hitch in the truck and there wasn't one installed. I had to wait 11 days for them to find a hitch and install it. When I came to take possession of my new truck, the DEF was not full. they added some but it was not to the full mark. (I'm assuming that the gauge in this new truck is correct). And finally, every other new vehicle that I purchased, the sales person took time to show me the features of the new vehicle. With this dealership, the salesperson offered to sync my phone with the truck. The salesperson had very little to no knowledge of the feature that was in this vehicle. More
