When I made my decision and ready to buy the Cadillac XT5 Karen was unfortunately on Vacation so Robert assisted me to finalize the purchase. He was also very knowledgeable and very helpful he even stay after the hour of operation to complete all the papers so I can leave with the car. He is not your typical car sales man. My first buying experience with Michael a couple of years ago, I actually gave him a hug when the process was over. Who gives their car salesman a hug? This time around it was even easier. We talked everything out before arriving at the dealership. The next day all of the paperwork was ready for my signature and car ready to drive. The Salesman Jeremy Metsky worked For me in Negotiating the Best Rate.. Jeremy was Very Patient and answered All of My questions.
