The photos were limited, but the price looked fair, so I called and spoke with Richard, who was helpful, straightforward, and confirmed the vehicle had key features I wanted, including Super Cruise, before scheduling me with Brian. When I arrived right at opening, the dealership already felt fully operational and professional, which made a great first impression. Brian was delayed in traffic, but Suzy immediately stepped in and took great care of me. She explained the Escalade had only been traded in a few days prior and hadn’t yet gone through full detailing, but still made it available for me to review and test drive. Even in that state, the vehicle was extremely clean. Suzy was honest, professional, and thorough throughout the process. If she didn’t know an answer, she took the time to research it or ask.
