The Dealership itself is very clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The people are what make it. I love that as soon as you walk in and there is a desk and immediately greeted. The management team to the GM are also out in the open and not hiding in an office and are super friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel like I was being sold to and the sharks were swimming. I had researched the vehicle I was interested in on the intranet and John Goodpaster and I set a mutually agreeable appointment time. The vehicle was ready for inspection.
