My son found his dream car at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers! He’s been talking about this car since he was 12 or 13, now at 19 with a good job he was able to purchase this car THANKS to the help from t Fishers! To whom this may concern, No deal is better than a bad deal. After thinking about the situation for a week and letting emotions de-escliate i felt others need to know how unprofessional Ed Martin's staff deal. After thinking about the situation for a week and letting emotions de-escliate i felt others need to know how unprofessional Ed Martin's staff is. I would first like to say that Malena was very helpful and accomidating during my search for a car that I was going to purchase but ultimately did not due to disrespectful and dishonest upper management. To sum up our experience we were told by 2 employees, Malena and Emily, that the $500 hold was refundable and that they could get the car we wanted to look at from Ohio later finding out it was drove from Kentucky. Stated it was the exact same car and when we went to look at the numbers found it was $1,000 more. When looking at car there was a sticky substance in the back seat, not a great first impression. When asked to look at intrest rate, the financial analyst Justo, informed us very strongly, aggressively, and unprofessionaly that the $500 was non - refundable and why were we so indecisive as they went to all the trouble getting us this car from Kentucky and lost money due to them trading a pathfinder that was double what our car was worth. Not sure how that is our problem and why it was even brought up as we just wanted to see the exact intrest rate before finalizing. I informed him that this is my first car purchase and wanted to make sure this is the car i desired. We had all intentions of purchasing the Altima and had even brought our down-payment with us that we talked with Malena about. Our problem was when he said the $500 was non refundable although Malena and Emily had both stated prior to ordering this car that the $500 was refundable and both ensured that it was. Although that wouldn't have even been a problem considering we were going to buy the car until Justo spoke to us like that. Malena came back, with red eyes assuming she had been crying and yelled at, and I asked her once again that she did tell us the $500 was refundable. She admitted to saying that and was under the impression that it was refundable. So we asked to speak to the manager to get understanding in this and inform him how Justo has talked to us and to be sure nothing else changed that we had allready discussed and then proceed with the purchase. Cole the sales manager came and it only escalated from here. His tone and demeanor was unacceptable and to say the least very unprofessional. We asked him why were we spoke to in that manner by Justo and why did 2 of his employees say the $500 was refundable and now the story has changed. He instantly got irritated and was yelling at us stating how " the $500 was never refundable why would we even think that. You obviously know how hard cars are to get. I went to the extent of going to Kentucky, paying people to transport the vehicle, hotels, food and loosing money trading a pathfinder just to get us what we wanted for us to waste his time." Talking about how we have a great car and that there should of never been this much thought into it that we needed to sign the papers. It's one thing to make a mistake we are all human and it happens. Cole never acknowledged or took accountability for his employees mistake in telling us the $500 was refundable and made it out to be that we were the ones that were wrong and irrational for even thinking this. I can assure you everyone in the dealership could hear the conversation as that is how loud Cole was speaking and raising his voice at us. We never once yelled or escalated any more as we knew that would get us no wear and ultimately wanted to get the issue resolved to go forth and purchase the Altima. We reiterated our story plenty of times but it always ended to be our fault. After going in circles and him pushing us to buy the car without explanation as to why we weren't informed about many things we decided no deal is better than a bad deal. I hope this reaches the right hands to inform your employees about proper communication with clients as well as giving correct information to people. Not only do we not have the altima that we intended on purchasing we are also out of $500. But it's honestly not the money that is the issue, it's learning how to communicate with your clients professionally even if there is an issue. Thank you for your time. More

Really enjoy my experience with Emily! She was able to break everything down to my father and I ! Her being BILINGUAL was the cherry on top !
