Ashley Mello worked to get us a very competitive price, making it worth the two hour drive from Huntsville Alabama to pick up the van. Once we got there, Jeff had everything all ready to go - no pressure for extras, no surprises. Josh Bowers did the financial paperwork quickly and thoroughly and we were out the door in no time. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was there to aid my search for a suitable car, not pressure me into buying a car whether it met my needs or not. During our trade negotiations he exhibited strict honesty too. I never saw the slightest hint of "shady" price manipulations. He was a joy to work with. I would also like to mention my positive experience with Mr. Garland Langham, the sales manager. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. All price negotiations are stressful affairs but Mr. Langham treated me fairly and with honest numbers. He is the face of Economy Honda management and represents the company as it should be represented - with honesty, fairness, and professionalism. I have bought many new cars in my life. My wife and I just purchased a '12 Odyssey from Economy and we could not be more satisfied with our experience. Joe asked us a few questions about what we needed in a vehicle, and then he led us straight and we could not be more satisfied with our experience. I was in a bind after totaling my car. I was in desperate need of an affordable and dependable used car as soon as possible. I was on my way out of Chattanooga on Hwy 153 when I heard an unusual sound & then noticed that the low pressure tire symbol was showing on my dash. I pulled off onto an exit that was across from Econom heard an unusual sound & then noticed that the low pressure tire symbol was showing on my dash. I pulled off onto an exit that was across from Economy Honda dealership. Jeff Milsaps pulled in behind me, & changed my flat for me.
