We bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Economy Honda - our third new Honda purchased from them over the last fifteen years or so. Like with the other two purchases, this experience was ve Economy Honda - our third new Honda purchased from them over the last fifteen years or so. Like with the other two purchases, this experience was very positive as we felt like we ended up getting a fair deal and the overall process went smoothly and didn’t take all day (as we have experienced before at other dealers in the Chattanooga area). We test drove a vehicle, discussed and agreed on a price, negotiated trade-in, reached a deal, completed finance steps and drove off with the whole process lasting less than two and a half hours! Alex handled the sales part wonderfully and financing was a breeze with Michael - both of these guys were polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient to say the very least! We are very happy with our new Ridgeline and would definitely visit Economy Honda yet again when we are in the market for a new or used car. More
