This was not your usual car buying experience. I knew the car I wanted to buy and did most of the "shopping" on the internet. Echo Park happen to have the car I wanted--so as long as the test dr I knew the car I wanted to buy and did most of the "shopping" on the internet. Echo Park happen to have the car I wanted--so as long as the test drive went well, I would buy the car, as the price was within the kbb value range.. Jacob and his assistant Alo were there to help me do just that. They facilitated the test drive, then the final sale. They offered some extras and then did not pressure me when I said "no, I don't want that". They allowed me to take my time and figure out where I wanted to the payment to end up being, and they let me shop financing for the best rate. They even offered to drive the car to my home (50 miles away) so I wouldn't have to return at a later date to pick it up with my wife. From start to finish it only took 3 hours, which included test drive, applying for financing, and signing all the paperwork. I loved this car buying experience, it felt more like buying furniture. I may never go to a traditional car dealer ever again. If Echo Park has a vehicle you want at a price you like, then you will not be disappointed by their sales staff...professional, attentitive, personable and warm. I recommend them. More
