We’re pleased that we were able to cancel an additional protection package and provide a $499 partial refund, although we understand and respect that you remain disappointed with the outcome regarding the PermaPlate Appearance Protection. Your comments regarding the presentation of the financing products are important to us. We agree that customers should have a clear understanding of the products they are purchasing, including the applicable cancellation terms and any limitations, before making a decision. We take your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of transparency and clear communication throughout the financing process.
