I found the car on Auto Trader so I called to make sure the car was still available. I was traveling from Woodbridge Virginia to Baltimore where Carbiz is located, so I had to make sure the car was there a the car was still available. The sticker price of the car (based on the year, make, model, and miles) was already lower than I had found in other places, but the folks at Carbiz still gave me an even better price than the sticker price. My experience with Carbiz was very favorable. The customer service that we received was great! It bagan when I went online looking for used car dealerships to review what cars were available at the p customer service that we received was great! I found that the Carbiz website was very user friendly, and we were able to select 3 vehicles before going to the dealership in person. When I called I spoke with the salesman, Harviere, who was very polite and very helpful. He asked me a few questions about what we were looking for, and he located 2 of the cars that we were interested in. When we went to the dealership the next day, and we met Harviere in person, he was so very friendly and polite and helpful. He worked with my friend and when he left the dealership he had purchased a very nice truck that he is totally happy with. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Carbiz and I would also, definitely recommend Carbiz as a dealership to purchase a high quality, previously owned vehicle. More

My Husband & I went to Carbiz in Baltimore, MD on Reisterstown Rd to lease a Used car. We had a specific S.U.V in mind but neither one of us have any credit at all, we do not have Bad Credit, we just Reisterstown Rd to lease a Used car. So even though other places like Carmax, would not give us a chance even though we pay all our bills on time every month, Carbiz seen our Bank statements & seen we do pay our bills & gave us a chance. They worked with us in a VERY Friendly manner, they treated us like Human beings, not just like another Credit number or another Commision. They made us feel very comfortable. I have to give most of the credit to 3 of there employees, Danielle Miller, Brian Schriver & Chris Marino. Each of them were outstanding in many ways. As soon as we got there we were approched and asked if we needed help, so they helped us immediatly.They all asked us how we were, they were friendly, always had a smile, they asked us if we would like something to drink, and got it for us. They did not give up until we drove away in the vehicle that we wanted. We first went there on a Friday but it was kind of late but they asked me if Tuesday (because Monday was a Holiday) was o.k for us. So we made an appointment for Tuesday. Over the weekend Danielle Miller & Brian Schriver kept in touch with My Husband & I via Email & Phone calls, I really like that. That made us feel very Important to them, like we were not just another sale to them. They also sent us Emails with Additional Vehicle Information,those emails were very Informative. For them to take the time to call us personally & send us nice emails wishing us a good holiday weekend & just to check in was very nice, that they took the time to do that on there days off. Like they are still worried about there customers even when they do not have to be.They keep there offices, sales floor & not to metion the Bathrooms, very clean & very well kept. They made me feel like I was with friends, the way they talked to us, paid attention to what we wanted, not just what they wanted or making the biggest sale. The way they treated us & the way they sell cars is the reason I will definatly recommend them to family & friends, & why I will most definatly be buying another car from them. I shopped around a few other places & they have the same vehicles & better ones but with way better prices, by far. There used cars look brand new because they clean them so good, plus they run like new. I am so satisfied with the vehicle they put us in. My Husband & I were really impressed with CARBIZ. I can not emphasize enough how good of work Danielle Miller, Brian Schriver & Chris Marino do. They truely are the best at there field. I dont think I have ever seen 3 such good employees under the same Car dealership. They are truely Unique to there field.
