Myron Was profession and very helpful with the search of the vehicle I purchased. But the service department is allways overbooked and I believe I was ripped off on the original waranty contract missing the the vehicle I purchased. I am so happy with my new car. It is a Volkswagon, I have never seen a used car look like new,it is a limited edition. This is the best car I ever owned. I walked in to Carbiz with a neutral attitude..most car dealers aren't very personable or sincere. Miro greeted my husband and I with a bright smile and realistic handshake..(he didnt try to crush my palm) dealers aren't very personable or sincere. He showed us around the lot and in the back of my mind I was thinking..he's going to try to put me in something I don't even want! We did the paperwork and he interviewed me and I began to warm up some. When the bank called to do an interview with me..he was more excited than I was!!! At the time, I did not know that it was a good sign in the process. I came in wanting a Dodge Charger and tested Miro by asking about the Chrysler 300...he showed us a few and I fell in love with that vehicle. I was given the carfax report, got a very agreeable interest rate, the ultimate vehicle that I wanted in a great color---all with exemplary customer service to boot!! Ali, the service manager was engaging, thorough and funny...the Manager came by and spoke to us about his experience driving the same vehicle..I can't say more. The entire staff at Carbiz are awesome. Russ, particularly, focused on what kind of car I wanted, my price range, and even advised me as to the future resale value of the car. I am incredibly busy and Russ made sure not to waste my time. He sent me pictures of the cars via e-mail ahead of time and constantly made sure it was the type of car I wanted (price range, mileage range, style, body, color, etc.) When any quality was missing, he encouraged me to wait to see and that when new cars arrive, he'd let me know. He wanted to, and did find me the exact car I wanted. While the car was a bit more expensive for me, he helped worked with management in getting the price lowered. After comparing many sites to see if the price was in the ballpark, it was clear it wasn't. Carbiz's price was significantly lower than other car dealerships. Even after the purchase, Russ called to make sure I was happy and demanded that I call him should I have any questions or problems. This was after the sale. Incredible experience all around. More
