The service was performed poorly, the barrels of the rims were not cleaned properly leading to a wheel weight falling off approximately an hour later. Adding to the slight irritation of waiting in an uncomfo were not cleaned properly leading to a wheel weight falling off approximately an hour later. Adding to the slight irritation of waiting in an uncomfortable waiting room for longer than anticipated I was met with wet dirty tires in the back seat. I’ve had this service done elsewhere previously and my spare tires were put in proper covers to protect the interior. I’m highly unsatisfied with the work performed, the technician was lousy and the service was inadequate. I plan on making a single return to your service center for a rebalance of the tires and from there I will not be returning my business. More
