Bao Nguyen at Frederick eastern motors was exceptional helping get my new Rav4 today on 8/31/26. We started the process 2 weeks ago and now half way completing it. Very friendly and no high pressure worked with my lady and i didn't have to overshadow. Did not try to lead her into a car she didn't want or a better deal for him. It was a wonderful experience. I HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT EASTERNS ! !!!! Bao , Julien and just the whole staff did everything they could for me !
