Scammed with nail story I was in the service department on 12/14/18 and was shown a nail and advised it came from my rear driver side. This visit - 5/13/19 was shown the s I was in the service department on 12/14/18 and was shown a nail and advised it came from my rear driver side. This visit - 5/13/19 was shown the same nail and told it came from same tire. They take the nail back after handing it to me. When checking out saw the nail on the computer ...I guess for the next client. I reviewed my invoices for both....same story, same nail consecutive visits. I have a concrete drive, I park on an asphalt parking lot. There show and tell when they walked me out was "overplayed" about where the nail was and what tire ...too much. Same nail lays on the computer ...dark nail, head of it is off. They had it to you and let you hold it and then say "I''ll take that back". Unreal. Won't be back and won't recommend this service department. More

Nissan Max 09 I wasn’t pleased that I paid $1250 and a week later my car starts doing the same thing. I dropped it back off and they were trying to charge me $1380.
