Customer service was good with the exception of calling to inform me on the first day I left the car there. They did not text me that the part was not in and they needed to keep my car. All got straighte to inform me on the first day I left the car there. They did not text me that the part was not in and they needed to keep my car. My biggest complaint about this dealership is that they do not honor the Nissan rewards program. The service dept. said they would check into it, but my rewards are going to waste and I guess I didn't ear do not honor the Nissan rewards program.
