The prices and cost of maintaining our Nissans have made the brand valuable. Our Nissans have been extremely reliable. When routine or repair service is needed, Eastern Carolina Nissan has provided excellent service. The staff is friendly beyond imagination and helpful in letting us know what needs to be done immediately, what can be postponed and what to expect in the future due to normal wear and tear. The service department alone is what I measure other dealers by. More

The waiting room is really comfortable, the WiFi works great, so if I need something fixed and it take and I really appreciate the great service here. And the staff constantly checks on you to see if you need anything and your status on your vehicle. More

They quickly took my information and specifics of my problem. they checked with parts to insure the needed items were available. I was then shown the waiting area, coffee and water, and rest rooms. They checked on me often and kept me updated on the repair efforts. They even notified me of a recall on my truck and got it done! It was GREAT! More
