Each visit to the dealership has been a very pleasant experience. Every employee I've spoken too has been fully knowledgeable in the areas I've had questions in. I bought a 2006 Toyota Avalon Touring from Nate at Jon Lancaster in 2006. Told him what I wanted, he got it ordered for when I wanted to take delivery, no fuss, priced as I expected. Would buy from again if Toyota sold an AWD car with manual transmission in a wagon from. Previous car was a 2003 Matrix XRS with the 6speed. Loved that car but partner talked me into selling it for the Avalon. Almost bought a new Venza but found an Audi with a 6speed and AWD that was cheaper since it was used and I could not pass it up. More

Nate was highly responsive to our questions and added insight on numerous items throughout the sales process. He advocated for us on our trade, easily sold us on the Highlander Hybrid and outshined his insight on numerous items throughout the sales process. From the first minute I spoke to Nate on the phone until I drove off the lot at delivery, my entire experience at Jon Lancaster was superlative. I literally cannot think of a single detail in the process that was not timely addressed - even the financing was quick (quicker even than at Jon Lancaster's Lexus dealership where we had leased a new hybrid a few months earlier). It was nice to talk with Abby during the purcahse of Prius in getting quote thru internet which was competitve. When I get ready to purchase a new car, I'll do all the research I need to do in advance, decide what I'm looking for in a vehicle and other important issues like that. I will also gather figures on trade values and total cost figures for new vehicles. By the time I get to the dealership I already know what I want, how much I'm willing to spend and all that is left is to see the vehicle in person, get my questions answered and settle on a price. Nate is excellent when it comes to letting me look over a vehicle, play with it, drive it, and ask all the questions I want. He knows his product very well and there is no price haggling with Nate. The last 2 cars I purchased from him we settled on the price over the phone, absolutely no hassles. If you approach Nate with a ridiculous price he will politely tell you it isn't going to work. On the other hand he'll get you his best price without all the "golly I gotta go talk to my manager about that" baloney you get at other dealerships. There is no hard sell, just a very well informed, honest, and friendly Sales Rep. More
