The already nerve racking and difficult decision of purchasing a car was eased with everything layed out 1-2-3. Numbers were ran, insurance determined and credit ran. I was actually over qouted a price on a new jetta so when the actual numbers were worked out the cost was even lower. Very thankful for being treated like a human rather than just a customer window shopping. More

He gave me a breakdown of all the charges associated with the Subaru Crosscheck (which has been an issue with other car dealerships in the past) and when we negotiated it was quick and reasonable. I have to admit I honestly didn't think I'd be leasing a new car that day as we had plans to visit 3 other dealerships. But the customer service and honesty we received from Zaak and Donaldson's was off the charts. I'd recommend them to anyone. More

So easy We had visited another dealer and settled on a price. There were emails back and forth for documentation concerning the price, etc. After two days, We had visited another dealer and settled on a price. When I called up to speak with the salesperson to let him know we were moving forward, the down payment started to change...fees for this and that, gas fee ($48!), etc. So I called Donaldsons. Immediately, their price was $1750 less. When I called the original dealer, they said, "The price will change when you go in to buy the car. Call me after that happens." I was sooo angry at their attitude. Anyway, Donaldson's quoted a price and that's the price we got. Brad called me from his car (as he was driving his daughter to college) to make sure the process was seamless. I will recommend Donaldson's to anyone who is looking for a VW or Subaru. . More
