Excellent Sales Experience with Brad I have been in the market for an Alltrack and had previously visited two other VW dealers closer to my home and was dissatisfied with my experience an I have been in the market for an Alltrack and had previously visited two other VW dealers closer to my home and was dissatisfied with my experience and decided to give VW one more chance and I chose Donaldsons and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Brad, my sales representative, was very honest and attentive and went out of his way to listen and ensure I chose the right model based on my needs. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary items and actually suggested a less expensive model because what I truly needed was the less expensive model over the more expensive one, which proved to me that he and the rest of the dealership had integrity. Arriving at the price was also honest and straightforward and Brad was supportive throughout the process from initial interaction to delivery of the car, including helping me to understand all the features of car. As he showed me the car , I could see he was not only extremely knowledgeable about the car, but proud of his product as well. He wasn't just faking it in order to make a sale.
