Enjoying my brand new vehicle Went to East Hills Chrysler after shopping around for a new truck. After walking in other dealerships and being totally ignored. Sales people sitting around b/s with each other no wonder there were no other costumers in there. You would think they would want to make a sale. This was going to be our last stop before we got fed up and went home. The minute you walk through the door you are greeted from a young lady at reception. The young lady at reception then finds a a salesmen. Stan Ewing comes right over and was very friendly. East Hills Chrysler has so much inventory that Stan Ewing said they didn't have the exact car we were looking for on there lot. Stan gets on the phone and says he has a car jockey at there other lot and if we could just wait about 20 minutes the truck will be brought over for a test drive. Stan says we could wait in the service are and have some popcorn and watch T.V. till it gets there. Popcorn!! wow. The truck got there pretty quick and I was sold. Stan Ewing and East Hills Chrysler really made purchasing a vehicle a great experience. Not like those other dealerships that I wonder how they make a living. More

Walked out of jeep in Wantagh. What a clown act they have over there. Very rude, unknowledgable, nastiest people I've ever met!! Called Steve, within seconds had the EXACT car I wanted. Promptly greeted by the girl in front. Steve came over helped us out, Mike Galante showed us the car, wrote up the order, answered all our questions. It is a rare thing to find such great people working in the sales dept. After Wantagh, I swore against jeep forever going on forums saying how nasty Wantagh jeep was. I walked out of East Hills with my renewed faith in jeep. Not only did we buy, we have already given their names to 3 people from a local moms group of 4500 moms who heard my horror story at Wantagh. Had it not been for the 2 of the, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A JEEP AGAIN!! A class act here from start to finish and now I will be back in a month to buy another truck from them as well!! Well done!! More

Great overall experience I anticipated a typical car dealer run around when I visited East Hills, but received the complete opposite. Asked me what terms etc. I needed to purchase a Jeep Wrangler I had looked at on line and after only two visits I drove away in my slightly used 2012 Wrangler. I spoke with Jesse several times in person and over the phone going over the many features available and figured out which ones I needed. He also took the time to show me all the colors available. I went with the Granite. He was very patient with me and worked to get me a great deal. I ordered My Jeep Cherokee from the factory and he kept me updated as it was built and shipped from the factory. I picked up my Jeep this weekend and I love everything about it. Disappointed I had initially given Tony some good reviews but since my purchase I have been disappointed with his responsiveness on some of my issues. Overall he was easy to deal with but I feel as though he didn't provide all the details and, while I made some mistakes in this process, I wish he had been more forthright on some of my misunderstandings, which I know I expressed. I have to say overall this has been a negative experience because its just like any car dealer. Be wary of the fine print and don't expect full disclosure or honesty. Probably will never go back.
