He never pushed, he only listened to what I wanted and responded perfectly. My previous purchases (from Ford Dealers) the salesmen were telling me what I wanted, but not Andy "Drew" Hannon, he was unique, he listened to what I wanted and found the perfect Colorado! Thanks Andy! Also the entire atmosphere in the dealership was perfect, as each individual was just plain nice! I already have suggested East Hills of Roslyn to a few friends! More

An unfortunate constant struggle with service Absolutely AWFUL service experience every time. People there are all very nice but it's impossible to get service on the phone at any time. I most oft Absolutely AWFUL service experience every time. People there are all very nice but it's impossible to get service on the phone at any time. I most often have to call the sales team and have them go to service for me because nobody picks up. When I purchased my preowned car and came to pick it up service hadn't detailed or even looked at it. Within the first day I had problems and had to bring it back for almost a week because they never took the time to go over the vehicle. Brakes didn't work, there was interior pieces hanging in the driver wheel well above the pedals, the trunk wasn't operating properly, there was a fuel leak, and the car failed my TLC inspection because it needed new front shocks. I also was told that I would get $8 oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I've had my car for 6 months and went to get my 2nd oil change and they told me the price was now $59.99!!! I understand if they won't offer it to buyers going forward but I and every other previous customer should have been grandfathered in or at MINIMUM offered a discount and I was offered nothing. I've contacted GM corporate for the second time now about this dealer. I will never buy from them again and I highly recommend you don't either. More
