Unprofesional I purchased my first used SUV (15' Suburban LTZ) from East hills (roslyn) back in Feb. 2017. Ricardo was my salesman, and he was great, good customer I purchased my first used SUV (15' Suburban LTZ) from East hills (roslyn) back in Feb. 2017. Ricardo was my salesman, and he was great, good customer service and very friendly and informative. my issues with this dealership was their bait and switch tactics and dishonest way of doing business. online price was about 44k and at the end of the deal ended up being 60k. I was also advised to purchase an extended warranty, only to find out down the line I couldn't utilize it because I'm in the livery business. which they were obviously aware of but still insisted that i buy it. The SUV also came with some minor issues that they said they would take care of and never did, I had to come out of pocket to for the maintenance. More

Easy breezy I walked into East Hills and sat down with Andy Boyes (awesome guy) and I told him the exact car I wanted. He then told me they didn’t have the car on I walked into East Hills and sat down with Andy Boyes (awesome guy) and I told him the exact car I wanted. He then told me they didn’t have the car on the lot but he would go out of his way to find the car. I get a phone call a day later saying he located the car and it would be ready the next day. Usually purchasing/leasing cars is an annoying process to go through but Andy and the east hills team made it all smiles and laughs. I am now driving a 2018 Cruze Hatchback and when it’s time for an upgrade/update, Andy made it much easier to pick which salesman and dealership to go back to. Definitely going to be a long time, loyal customer. Thank you Andy and the East Hills family. More
