Easy transaction, very helpful staff! Walked in just to take a look at some used cars and left with one! Michael was introduced to us upon arrival and was very informative and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He was easy to talk to and make a deal with and was courteous as well. The process of actually buying the car and doing all the paperwork is time consuming, but unavoidable regardless of where you go. We got a great SUV that I'm very excited about. Michael was busy the whole time we were there on a Friday in the later afternoon. He dedicated a lot of his time to us to explain the features of the vehicles and the differences between them. We went for a teat drive and he took his time when talking price with us and made sure we were happy. He didnt seem to have much help in the used car department the day we were there. There was one other employee at his desk surfing the internet most of the time and ignoring everyone walking through the door. When customers came in, no one but Michael seemed to care and he jumped to attention each time to help the new customers. Though he was helping us as well, i never felt he abandoned us at all when going to help the other customers. He always made sure he was checking on the progress of the paperwork and the financing dept, so we weren't just sitting there waiting around for nothing. Michael was great and Paul Conte Chevrolet gave me a great experience with this purchase. I hope for Michaels sake they get some better employees to help him out! Overall great experience! Would highly recommend Paul Conte Chevrolet and Michael Columbel to work with if buying a used vehicle! More
