I had done research on VW's GTI and decided to test my luck with Illia (one of the sales team member). Illia, was very knowledgable and helpful. He even gave me a good deal on my trade in. I felt very comfortable around Illia. Didn't feel pressured to make a sale. In the end, I am very satisfied with my new red GTI and would recommend anyone who is interested in a new car to look at VW's. More
