Before we even set foot into the showroom at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen, we knew our salesman's name and even the color of shirt! He was great! Ilia Pauloo was just super! I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and then a few days later my wife purchased a 2010 Routan from him. We were very comfortable with Ilia. I have waited to make this review to see if they would come through but haven't. I have had my car over a month and it has gotten worse. I am still waiting to get my windows tinted. Then I have called up there after receiving an e-mail from Joe Haywood saying I needed my 30 day check up and he acted like I was from out of space and did not know what I was talking about. I was then transferred to service. No one answered I was sent back to Joe then sent back to service, still no answer and got a voicemail. I left a message for a call back to set up an appointment for this service and it has been 2 days and still no call back. But on an upnote. I love my Jetta! More
