We needed to buy a new car in the future. We were contacted by Carl Pickett of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale by email. He is a very honest man and hard working internet sale manager. We were able to negotiate the price through email. He would say to you if he could do the price up front and he worked hard with his director to get a good deal for me. Even though the deal ended on April 30 with a good Hyundai rebates he went further to help us to get the same deal a week later since we told him we could only come by on weekends. Upon arrival on a week later, we met Carl and the car we agreed on was clean up ready to go. He was very friendly and allowed us to do a test drive by ourselves. And he was consistent on what he said in the email and the car we test drove. He never tricks us from the beginning to the end. He explained everything on the car very detail and patiently. He showed us how to use all features in the car. He is a real professional sale guy I have ever seen during the process because he listen to you and understand your concerns even though that day he was busy with three drive-to-home-customers. Carl attitude is that "customer is always right and he will try to do the best for you". I would strongly recommend Carl at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale.
