Erik & Tom Watson are studs, John Nissen runs a great ship & it’s nice to see that Dodge has taken the helm from Tex & that the tradition is continued in Arizona! 😉 Nice HummerEV BTW 🤣 ship & it’s nice to see that Dodge has taken the helm from Tex & that the tradition is continued in Arizona! 😉 Nice HummerEV BTW 🤣 More
Hi This review is based on my past three years of getting 2 ford vehicles maintained at earnhardt ford of avondale. I own a 2019 f250 deisel. I had earnhardt keep all maitenance up to date. (1) Every oil change they would rotate the tires. When rotating the tires they scratched all 4 caps on the wheels by removing the lug nuts. (2) My batteries started going bad about a year ago and they failed to replaced them. They began to corrode and the battery bracket began to corrode as well. my warranty is up in 6 months so im assuming they were trying to wait it out. The batteries got so bad they would not start my truck anymore and left me stranded. They replaced the batteries under warranty but left all the corroded brackets and clamps on the truck. Very disappointed. I own another car which is a mustang. I had a bad heater hose and asked them to replace the hose. Upon replacing the hose they damaged the intake manifold nipple that the hose connects to. That nipple is connected to the intake manifold that now needs to be replaced. That cost me over 1,000$. They denied they broke and said it was already broke. I drove the car to the dealer like that. It would be undrivable if i did what they said. The nipple wasnt broke when I drove it there. Either way i paid for the part to be installed. Point is half the time that I had my car taken in for service they damaged something else. I am now taking my vehicles to sanderson ford. Good by Earnhardt. More
This location seems to have let COVID get to their head. Once you negotiate off their extra costs that shouldn't be there according to other dealers, good luck getting anything else taken off. They have a b Once you negotiate off their extra costs that shouldn't be there according to other dealers, good luck getting anything else taken off. They have a big ego, and when you make an offer they're going to laugh at you straight up, even if your offer is based off what truecar says and other dealers. My dealer was Jonathan, this is my experience, and I doubt their other reps are the same. They've grown an ego and aren't adjusting for where the market is actually at, and wound up going with a different dealer who gave me exactly what I wanted for pretty close the price I wanted. I much recommend going elsewhere for now. More
