We arrived about 30 minutes early for our oil change. Stephan got us in right away and we were done and out the door in less than an hour. Great service from a very pleasant advisor. I purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 on Wednesday - they tried adding on a bunch of fees to the sales costs which I negotiated away but one of them was a "reconditioning fee" of $857, which I couldn't get removed. I asked that night for the service record of the work done on the vehicle, which they were unable to provide me. I was told by sales that the car was "reconditioned" twice! The car arrived to this dealer from a different dealership in NV and was reconditioned there but it was NOT reconditioned at the chandler location prior to my purchase! They rolled the reconditioning fee into the price of the car where I had to pay sales tax on this service - which even after asking for - I had no proof it was done! Good thing AZ has a Lemon law! Turns out the car is a xxx! I live 3.5 hrs away which allowed me to drive several hundred miles. The very next day on Thursday - the car had a horrible screeching metal sound and the brakes were squeaking as well. Immediately I notified the sales manager who told me I could bring it back. Luckily - I had the mind to record the sound while driving it in a parking lot - think of metal rubbing together and making a high pitched ear piercing sound! (Too bad I'm limited to only upload pictures) What a Lemon! AND what a BUNCH OF LIARS! I took the car back today to have it looked at in the service department. I went to a service manager who told me has over 20 years Mazda certified experience. He looked up the vehicle by VIN and told me there's no service record for the car at this location! I played the noise for him and he told me there's certainly a problem in the brake system! I went back to the Sales dept and worked with Jeremy Herman. - He sat down and wanted to work it all out with me to make it right. I was all for that until he lied right to me! I asked him if the vehicle was reconditioned at this store and explained to him that I knew about it coming from another dealership and that even the sales guy - Sergio - on the floor had been told it was reconditioned here. He said "It most certainly was reconditioned here, we wouldn't sell a car without reconditioning it" I said "so you're telling me it was reconditioned here?" He said "yes" and I immediately knew he was LYING TO ME and called him out for it! I said I just came from your service dept who has no record of the reconditioning here and it was not serviced before you sold it to me! I don't appreciate being lied to! He claimed he wasn't lying and I told him that his departments needed to communicate better with each other! He offered to take me out of the deal completely - because he knew THEY MESSED UP! He offered to work some other numbers with the loan to remove the reconditioning fee due to the inconvenience of my time and travel and make the deal better. I was willing to do so, but I can't overlook the fact they lied to me and charged me for a service which was never rendered!!!! RUN AWAY! Don't waste your time with these people! They don't deserve your money! After refunding my deposit Jeremy tried to show me the service record in NV to prove himself! He knew they didnt have things right AND to top it off - the sold me a car that was not yet registered to them in AZ! I looked up the VIN and as of today 4/1/22 it is STILL registered in NV! Go to a different HONEST company - so you don't have to but up with the BULL experience you'll get here! More
