The absolutely worst experience they are liars and inexperienced technician. I would never go back there again or recommend them to anyone. I’ve had to have warranty work on my 2018 Chevy volt twice in the past month and the service manager Doug has gone above and beyond and helped me get things covered. Never again will I ever attempt to do business with them again. They're vile and grimy as all xxxx. I happened to finally find a Bolt EUV in stock at their dealership. They told me there was a 5k mark up again. They're vile and grimy as all xxxx. I happened to finally find a Bolt EUV in stock at their dealership. They told me there was a 5k mark up but was included in the price. That already annoyed me but I figured after all my discounts we would be good. Oh boy was I wrong... I get there and immediately they told me about a 5K mark up AFTER the posted price. First lie they told me. This is after driving an hour. Then I lovingly reminded them that GM has specifically told ALL dealers that they are not allowed to mark them up. They tried to tell me that its their business practice, which cracks me up. You literally just told me you break GMs practices that they have instructed you to follow. Along with the fact they are supposed to lower the 22's to the 23 prices. Then I told them about first responder discount and they tried to tell me I don't qualify yet, I just bought a Chevy Colorado a month ago and got my discount. Lie #3 and this pissed me off the most... I told them about GM employee discount and they had the nerve to tell me "We opted out of that" No Sir, again that is straight from GM that is not something you can opt out of. They brought out their xx pricing sheet and tried to include their "paint protection" which for those that don't know all that is, is a car wash with a ceramic coating, same exact coating you get at every car wash on every corner. No take it off. The next was a GPS thing... no thank you take that off, it's included with "my Chevrolet" app. They played stupid like they didn't know that. If you don't know that stop selling Chevy's. So to placate me he took the price down about 4k because he did not want to actually fill out the employee pricing. Must be it would've messed with his bonuses. Then he wanted to tell me that this will sell tonight. I told him great if you can find a sucker to buy it with your xxxxxxxx mark ups then that sucker can buy it I'm not her. We finally agreed on a price (ish - but I had an eff it moment) then all of a sudden I wasn't approved. He went as far as to blame my credit, thanks Sir. Way to treat your customers. First off is my credit isn't perfect however, we literally just bought a brand new Colorado for about the same price and got approved just fine. I have three vehicles in my name and a motorcycle so don't sit there all high and mighty and act like I'm some 18 year old idiot. For a no bull place they are certainly full of the most xxxx I've ever seen. No wonder this place was empty. xxxx two customers walked out while I was there. Now I see why. I hope you enjoy the fine you'll have to pay when I report this to GM. From what my family tells me that still works GM its a hefty one. So please do yourself a favor go somewhere else and don't fall for their shady practices More
