We just purchased a new 2021 Blazer from this dealership. I have been getting my camaro serviced here since 2018 and i always left feeling satisfied. When we left with the new car I had some negative feelings about the interaction so after thinking about my experience I decided to go back to tell someone how I felt. I met with Scott Frye/ General Sales Manager and after talking with him he immediately took care of all my concerns and his personal attention made me a happy customer. We really like the new Blazer and I would genuinely refer them to family and friends for service or sales. I plan on going to see Scott when I get ready to buy another car and I’d like to thank him again for his help. More
I have be reluctant to respond but since this is about the fifth email I’ve received asking my opinion I’ll give it. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership, matter of fact I drive the fifth email I’ve received asking my opinion I’ll give it. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership, matter of fact I drive 30 miles out of my way to Keep coming back to this dealership. After my last visit it will be my last! This dealership has went downhill fast! Customer service is terrible parts of the service are not performed as required, lied to about services needed and then when questioned service advisor was advised he didn’t look at my truck he is just required to ask the questions. I will find a new place of business to have these services performed.. so sad this used to be a great place with friendly faces and wonderful customer service … shame on you Earnhardts! More

They tried to sell me a vehicle I didn't want and when I told them I wanted something different from what they tried to sell me, they just walked away, didn't even offer to see if I wanted them to help me f told them I wanted something different from what they tried to sell me, they just walked away, didn't even offer to see if I wanted them to help me find the vehicle they want. Came in for an oil change before a long trip out of town they found a leaking radiator hose that could have left me stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree plus temps.
