This dealership and my sales associate were very accomodating and easy to work with. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their specific area and they work together as a team. Mike and Cort in sales know the Malibu and point out features as you explain what your needs are, they are patient and they work together as a team. Sveta in finance knows what she is doing she is very knowledgeable and polite. For me the finance piece is the worst she made it smooth as silk. Tom in the service department also listened to my concerns and followed up the techs to ensure the mud flap was replaced on the left rear, then he went a little further and had the techs check both left and right quarter panels ensuring they were nice and tight. Service after the sale is really where customer loyalty is developed and Tom Kahl did a good job. Yeah sure everybody wants to sell you a car but this team helped me buy one. More

I bought a 2006 convertible Le-mas blue corvette from Jim McCormack at Elco Chevy and was so happy with him that I vowed to myself that I will only buy from Jim from now on. That is "why" I give Elco a 5 out of 5 in every way and would recommend him and Elco to anyone car shopping. I've gotten burned bad in the past so I started restoring my own corvettes so that I knew what I had in my driveway, but after restoring 5 older ones I wanted a newer one and saw low mileage 2006 0n their web site and contacted Jim who I had never met. I told him I was gun shy about spending over 30k on a vette because my last experience which ended up in court and 2 years before it was settled. For the last ten years I bought junkers and fully restored them myself but now wanted a new one with no issues which is what Jim sold me. I told Jim I couldnt go threw that kind of ordeal again had he assured me I wouldnt. The car runs and drives like new and Jim was so good in every way with dealing with me knowing I had lost trust in dealers. My point is that he alone regained my trust in dealerships which is harded to do than simply sell vehicles. He is the benchmark to which others should be rated by. Jim and Elco is why I took the time to peck this message out. I would do anything for Jim McCormick and can say to anyone that wants heart felt honesty to take the time to go to Elco to buy your car. We enjoyed both new car purchase experiences - no pressure tactics, which was a welcome change compared to my 2012 purchase of a Hyundai from a certain unnamed dealer located down the street.
