Great Cadillac sales staff My wife and I are in our 70's and have both owned Cadillacs for over 35 years (we buy two at a time and have owned about 12 Cadillacs between us). Only recently have we started buying through Elco Cadillac since they were awarded the dealership a few years ago (we have bought 3 Cadillacs during that time). This purchase experience was by far one of the best I have had in 35 years. Namely because of a wonderful Sales Manager and outstanding salesman. William Paster is the Sales Manager and Brian Buhr is the salesman. They both spent countless hours working on my purchases and both gave me their undivided attention at all times. They were extremely professional and more importantly, very considerate and attentive to my wife's and my needs. I was extremely satisfied with the new cars we bought, the attention to detail both men displayed, and felt like we got the best deal possible. Both Bill Paster and Brian Buhr went way beyond the required protocol and simply went the extra mile for me. Brian actually came to my home THREE times to program our garage door opener. Bill spent countless hours searching for the EXACT cars we wanted and found them eventually. We were trying to find specific 2015 models with exactly what we wanted at a time when few options existed (the 2016 models were already out) and Bill actually found an exact match of what we wanted. I will buy Cadillacs until the day I die....and will ALWAYS buy them from ELCO Cadillac and these two men. Thank you Cadillac for having such great sales people. More

Elco met my needs. They went the extra mile to make my preow I purchased a preowned CTS. The previous owned was a smoker. Elco restored the car so there was no smoke smell. Hassle-Free I have bought a lot of cars over many years but I have never bought one quite so easily as the one I bought at Elco. Great car buying experience I was recently looking for a new SUV and stopped at Elco to look. Andrew immediately came to see how he could help me. After hearing what I was looking for, he showed me several Chevrolets and then told me about some some Cadillac SRXs that they were clearing out. While I never thought a Cadillac was what I wanted, once I drove one and then heard the pricing that I could get for one that was still under warranty but had just a few thousand miles on it, I was immediately sold. Andrew made the process so easy. I signed all the papers and he asked if he could deliver it to me the next day because he wanted to make sure it was in tiptop shape for me. Purchased my first Cadillac I met Joe Archambault when he came into my place of business. I noticed that he was wearing a Cadillac jacket and I told him that my next car would b I met Joe Archambault when he came into my place of business. I noticed that he was wearing a Cadillac jacket and I told him that my next car would be Cadillac. When the opportunity presented itself I went to meet Joe at ELCO Cadillac and he remembered me. He laid out the red carpet and helped me pick out my first Cadillac. The best part of the experience is that Joe and I remain friends and he's still making sure that I receive the red carpet treatment even when I drop my car off for service.
