I was charged a bunch of extras on my total bill of sale. After the fact I questioned Jon the salesman and he replied “you agreed to anything to get to your $450.00 payment”. They charged me over $595 on my paperwork for Dyer coverage and never even mentioned it to me. The sales guy lied to me. We have been customers of Dyer Chevrolet service in Vero Beach Florida for years, even before when it was Service Chevrolet. The service staff used to be helpful and available to us. Not now! We have called several times, to the service manager and the service advisor to find out when the parts, that we had to pay for in advance, would be in. It has been over a week since then and we are not able to talk with anyone except for an operator. We leave messages and no one returns our calls. They have our money but care not about giving answers! I would not recommend this service department to anyone. More
Our family has been working remotely with Dyer on the purchase of a GMC Acadia. We filed out the usual financial application and were preapproved. With that in hand, we confirmed that we were purchasing the vehicle today and began the trip to the dealership, which is an hour away from our home. When we were 3/4 of the way from Dyer we get a call from our salesman Tom to inform us that he had bad news. The car had just been sold. When we asked why they would do that without calling us first, knowing that we were IN ROUTE, he replied, "We can't hold a car without a deposit." And then went on to pitch another vehicle for us to purchase. With as much contact as we had throughout day, a simple courtesy call to us would have made such a difference. But that would require integrity. If this inconsiderate approach is one that Dyer instills in its Sales Team, then the entire organization needs to go back to the basics and reconnect with the foundation of good customer service. We wish you well in 2021. More
I give Dyer Chevrolet One Star just because there is no Middle Finger !!!!!!!! I have purchased many vehicles from this Dealership even before it was Dyer at least 7 from Dyer . BEWARE - he then said we had over an hour wait- they should not be making appointments if they are not going to keep them!! I walked out -two strikes against them for trying to charge me more and for the over 1 hour wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT! When I called the operator said tbh had appointments available every half hour from 130-330 so they were still accepting appointments even though they were over an hour behind!! More
