I went into Duncan Suzuki on 4/4/2012, I had planned to trade in my Suzuki Reno which I purchased from them in 2007 for a used 4x4 vehicle. Upon speaking with an associate, I was told to fill out all of th trade in my Suzuki Reno which I purchased from them in 2007 for a used 4x4 vehicle. Upon speaking with an associate, I was told to fill out all of the information so that they could contact banks to confirm if they could get me a loan before we started looking for vehicles and test driving. We sat there for 3 hours doing nothing but waiting. We weren't even offered vehicles to test drive while we waited. They didn't want to provide for my needs, they just wanted to sell me an overpriced brand new Suzuki vehicles. I expressed multiple time what my needs were and also that I wanted to stay away from buying a new car(especially a Suzuki). They were nice but just didn't want to help me. While waiting I stepped out and called Tony Bryant from Shelor Motor Mile. He instructed me to quit wasting my time and come up to Christiansburg where he assured me I would be taken care of(and I was). Not trying to dump of Duncan, maybe they were just having a bad day or maybe just didn't want to sell me a car, either way Shelor got my business this time. More
