Went to Duke to look at a used Toyota 4runner and we met up with Stan Bell. After an all day car searching trip, Stan was a sight for sore eyes. I started looking for a car in February, 2013. I went online the beginning of March, 2013. Al Hicks called me and told me about the Buick Encore and offered to bring the vehicle from Suffolk to Willamsb online the beginning of March, 2013. Al Hicks called me and told me about the Buick Encore and offered to bring the vehicle from Suffolk to Willamsburg just for me to see. I was so impressed. He showed me all of the bells and whistles and I fell in love with the vehicle, but of course I could not show my excitement. We talked for about a week and the rest is history. I love my new Encore and I appreciate the great customer service from Al, Bruce and Don. I thought I had some problems with my new vehicle and I have taken it back twice to find out nothing was wrong, I mentioned this, because Al nor Bruce showed any sign of frustration. Thank you Guys. We enjoyed our experience because he made writing that check a little more pleasurable. Bruce Blythe was also friendly, helpful, and honest in the work-up of the price on the vehicle. Don Kelly is one of the most organized gentlemen we have ever met. He made the paper work portion of the process painless. Having purchased two vehicles in 2007 (one new and one used) and 2013 (one new and on used), we told Al we would see him again but not too soon.
