Horrible service Took my 2017 Tacoma in (19k miles) cause it was making major creaking noises whenever I would turn, coming from under truck. First time I took it in, Took my 2017 Tacoma in (19k miles) cause it was making major creaking noises whenever I would turn, coming from under truck. First time I took it in, test drove with Mechanic and we replicated sounds with no problems. They call later and say they were unable to replicate it, and ready for pickup. Upon picking up and driving away from service department, sound was still there and very apparent. At that point I couldn't leave the truck so had to bring it back at another time. Second time in, same story, easily replicated with test drive, left truck and spent an hour on their shuttle home. Get a call and they stated it was my sway bar and lubed up the bearings resolving it. Driving away from service department and YET AGAIN super apparent that nothing was resolve and problem still there. Going on third attempt with them now (super inconvenient and waste of time), and they won't give me a loner vehicle, and will charge me for a rental. I will not be leaving their lot this time if issue still there. Will update. More
